The Hippodrome Theatre Art Gallery will host an upcoming solo exhibition, “The Mother Portraits: A Journey through Mugshots; 2002-2003,” featuring the work of Keiaria Williams.
The exhibition will run from Jan. 5 to Feb. 1.
A special Artwalk event will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 26.
“The Mother Portraits” explores Keiaria Williams’ existence as an observer to her mother’s descent into the “shadows of substance”.
Keiaria Williams is a Southern artist and educator based in Florida. She holds a BA in sculpture from The University of Florida.
