The North Central Florida YMCA will be hosting Winter Wonderland, which features over 100,000 lights every Friday and Saturday during the Christmas season.
Winter Wonderland from 5:30 to 9 p.m. beginning on Nov. 18 and ending on Dec. 30 at the North Central Florida YMCA (5201 NW 34th Blvd.).
Visitors will get to enjoy a walk-through of the lights along with stops to decorate cookies, meet Christmas characters, make ornaments and get photos with Santa.
Admission is $15, and children under three are free. An “Elf Pass” ticket is $40 and includes a “magic wand,” which brings displays around the park to life, and a keepsake professional photo with Santa.
Visit www.WinterWonderlandFL.com for more information and to buy tickets.
Gainesville businesses Twinkle Nights Holiday Lights, Sun Power Lawn Care and Lit Christmas Trees are partnering with the YMCA to present the holiday event. In addition to sponsoring the show, the three companies are donating one dollar from each ticket to the YMCA.
