FWC seeks input on Orange and Newnans lakes

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) will hold a public meeting on March 26 to discuss its activities and hear feedback on Orange Lake, Lochloosa Lake and Newnans Lake.  

The meeting will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Sun Retreats Ocala Orange Lake Recreation Hall (18545 NW 45th Ave, Citra, FL 32113). 

FWC said the main topic will be the Orange Lake Habitat Management Plan and upcoming management projects. The meeting will also touch on conditions at Orange, Lochloosa and Newnans lakes.
