Trinity United Methodist Church will be hosting the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's on Oct. 21.
Courtesy of Alzheimer's AssociationTrinity United Methodist Church will be hosting the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s to help support families facing Alzheimer’s and other dementia.
The event will begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 21 at Trinity Methodist Church (4000 NW 53rd Ave.).
There will be a ceremony at 10 a.m. with the 1.5-mile walk immediately to follow.
Funds raised through the Alzheimer’s Association Central and North Florida Chapter go to local care and support services and research.
Every registered participant who achieves the fundraising minimum of $100 will receive an official Walk to End Alzheimer’s T-shirt via USPS.
