Multiple fire crews responded to a Tuesday morning blaze that destroyed a residential home.
Courtesy of ACFRFire crews from Alachua County Fire Rescue, Newberry Fire Department, and the Micanopy Fire Department responded to a large residential fire early Tuesday morning.
The occupants of the home were all able to escape safely, but the family’s reptiles did not survive the fire.
When the crews arrived, the fire was through the roof of the home.
The fire marshal, who was on the scene, said the fire is under investigation.
