The Buchholz Bobcats kept its streak alive and continued its storybook season with a 35-21 win over the previously undefeated Navarre Raiders in the second round of the Class 7-A playoffs Friday night.

The Bobcats got on the board first with a first quarter touchdown to take an early 7-0 lead, and then extended it with three more touchdowns and a 28-7 by halftime.

In the third quarter, Buchholz put the game out of reach with another touchdown. Navarre answered with two second half scores, but never got closer.

The Bobcats advance to play the winner of the Tallahassee Leon-Niceville game in the 7-A Region 1 semifinals Friday night.

With the win, Buchholz goes to 8-1 on the year. Navarre ends its season with a 6-1 record.
