Keystone Heights takes the lead, but can’t maintain it in falling to Interlachen 26-12

Interlachen rallied after a first-quarter deficit to knock off Keystone Heights 26-12 in Florida high school football on September 23.

Keystone Heights started on steady ground by forging a 6-0 lead over Interlachen at the end of the first quarter.

The Indians took a 12-6 lead over the Rams heading to the intermission locker room.

Interlachen broke in front at the beginning of the final quarter with a 14-12 lead over Keystone Heights.

The Rams’ train of momentum chugged along the final-quarter tracks with a 12-0 points differential.
