Celebration Pointe will bring Florida Gator fans, families and the Gainesville community together for the return of its annual “CHOMP the Block” celebration, a Friday night pep rally held before each of the University of Florida football team’s six home games during the 2026 season.
Beginning at 5:30 p.m. on the Friday before each home game at 4949 Celebration Pointe Ave. in Gainesville and will transform into a Gator-themed celebration featuring live music, local food trucks, beverages, Gator gear and tickets for sale.
The evening will culminate with a pep rally featuring appearances by Gator football players and coaches, cheerleaders, Dazzlers, Albert and Alberta. The event is designed to build excitement and school spirit ahead of Saturday’s game while providing an opportunity for fans and families to enjoy an evening together.
CHOMP the Block will offer activities for fans of all ages, including:
- Live music: Bands will perform each night.
- Food and beverages: Food trucks and a mobile bar will offer a variety of food and drink options.
- Gator gear and tickets: Fans can purchase Gator merchandise and football tickets.
- Kids zone: Children can enjoy face painting, putt-putt golf, bounce houses, craft activities, balloon artists and other family-friendly entertainment.
- New this year: Adult lawn games, high-top tables near the bar and selfie stations will give Gator fans additional ways to enjoy the festivities and capture memories.
