Today’s senior spotlight is on Allisson Odom of the Belleview High School softball team.
Last year as a junior, Odom batted .364 and had a .947 fielding percentage. This year she was batting .333 for the 11-0 and No. 1-ranked Rattlers.
Among her achievements off the field were Agricultural education services and technology certification, Ag mechanics certification, Ag associates certification. She is currently working on CMAA and CNA certifications.
Her favorite high school sports moment was having a team dinner in left field after practice and throwing cupcakes at each other.
Odom’s plans after high school are to become a CNA after passing her test and eventually becoming an RN.
