The Suwannee Bulldogs scored touchdowns in the second and third quarters, and its defense pitched a shutout against the #14 ranked Ponte Vedra Sharks to win 14-0. It was the second straight shutout of a powerhouse program. Last week the Bulldogs surprised previously unbeaten Wakulla 21-0.
With the impressive win, Suwannee improved to 6-2 on the season. They play at Baker County, who is ranked #9 in the Prep Zone Top 20 Power Poll, in two weeks.
Ponte Vedra fell to 5-2.
