Barnes and Noble Book Store returning to Gainesville in early 2024. Finally something other than Nail & Hair salons, vape shops, weed shops, or Dollar General!

Could it be that residents of Gainesville will begin to exercise their brains instead of their addictions? I know, my expectations maybe a little high for this town.

Read a book and experience the wonders of human ideas, knowledge, and fantasies.

Back again? I thought they had a store beside Bed Bath and Beyond complete with a coffee shop for some years.

Maybe private equity management just wants to shove roots in Gainesville to attract students who don’t know better.

The service matches and even beats the smaller operations AND the selection of tomes is second-to-none. God Bless capitalism 🙂

As a longtime patron (currently I use the SR 200 loction in Ocalka) trhis is great. B&N left several years ago but the market dynamics are such that they are reopening in Celebration Point area. Regardless of your political persuasion they cater to all and that is really appreciated. Welcome back “old friend”. Bill S.
