The new Little Caesars in Alachua will celebrate its opening with a grand opening Saturday with the opportunity to win free pizza for a year.
Happening at the new branch at 16181 NW U.S. 441, the giveaways start at 10 a.m. with the first 100 guests in line earning the free pizza for a year. The promotion allows a free, large pepperoni or plain pizza per week for 52 consecutive weeks—one promo per related family or household.
Little Caesars will also have a prize wheel giveaway, a stilt walker, photo opportunities with the company mascot and a live DJ. These activities will last from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at noon.
At the ribbon cutting, local franchisees Rachael and Victor Smith will present a check for $1,000 to Santa Fe Babe Ruth Youth Baseball.
The new 1,340-square-foot store opened on May 22, and a press release said it has brought 35 jobs to the community.
