Due to Hurricane Helene impacting the North Florida area, the 2024 Gateway City Craft Beer & Wine Festival in Lake City has been rescheduled to Saturday, Oct. 19. 

The event posted on Facebook that the decision was made “in an abundance of caution and with safety as our top priority” as the aftermath of the storm remains uncertain.  

General admission will begin at noon on Oct. 19 at Wilson Park (232 NE Hillsboro St., Lake City), with a maker’s market and VIP tastings opening at 11 a.m.

Featuring craft beers, wine, food trucks, live music and craft vendors, the Lake City–Columbia County Chamber of Commerce hosts the festival as a way for people to connect over beer and wine. 

Vendor registrations and tickets already purchased for the original date will automatically transfer to the new date. Tickets can be purchased by clicking here. 

General admission tickets purchased online for $35 include a wristband for unlimited beer and wine sampling and a branded sampling souvenir cup. The $55 VIP tickets include a wristband for unlimited beer and wine sampling, early admission, swag bag, two full pours of your choice of beer or wine, a $15 value food truck meal voucher and access to the VIP zone with reserved tables and seating.  

Day-of general admission tickets are $45 and must have an ID present for a sampling wristband. Admission is not required to enjoy the food trucks, maker’s market and live music.
