The Rotary Clubs of Gainesville Foundation Inc. reviewed 30 community grant applications requesting funds from the 2024 Rotary Wild Game Feast and selected Project Youthbuild as its recipient.

The announcement was made at the Foundation’s Oct. 18 Board of Directors meeting.

“We are extremely excited to be the recipient of the Rotary Wild Game Feast grant. These funds will allow us to construct a 1300 sf classroom/training space on our campus located at 635 NW 6th Street in Gainesville. Each year Project YouthBuild receives more enrollment applications from young people than current space can accommodate and we anticipate more demand for our services into the foreseeable future,” Jonathan Leslie from Project YouthBuild said in a press release.
