Humphrey heading to Jacksonville University after a dominating career at Gainesville High

Today’s senior spotlight is Alissa Humphrey of the Gainesville High softball team. Humphrey is a 3-time MaxPreps Underclass All American, a 3-time First Team 7A All-State selection, a 2-time 7A State Pitcher of the Year, and she was the 2018 Florida Dairy Farmers Class 7A Player of the Year.

The Jacksonville University signee was dominant in the circle with 972 Career strikeouts, breaking the school record of 725 set by Katie Chronister, who is now at the University of Florida.
