The Family Promise of Gainesville’s 12th annual Bed Race will take place on Saturday, March 21, at the Trinity United Methodist Church.

The 2026 Race to End Childhood Homelessness will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 4000 NW 53rd Ave. in Gainesville, which will feature corporate and community teams of five people who build their bed and compete for top spots in fundraising, creativity and speed on the racetrack. To register, click here.

Prizes are awarded for teams with the best bed construction, the fastest bed, the best overall theme (based on bed and participant costumes), people’s choice (based on event day support) and the highest fundraising team. Click here for instructions on how to build a bed.
